For your convenience, we provide a deer skinning facility complete with hoists and viscera drums. We dispose of viscera for you. Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week during the season.

  • Skinned deer are moved into a large refrigerated room for processing - a one way gate and security camera protect your deer.

Deer are processed in a sanitary, quality manner and facility, exceeding USDA standards, by trained meat cutters, and cut to your specifications. All at competitive prices!

When your deer has been processed, you will receive a courtesy call to come pick up your meat. We appreciate your prompt response, since your meat will be at it's best when still very fresh.

  • Deer can be picked up at our shipping dock from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, Friday until 5:00pm.
  • Since storage space and time is limited, it will be necessary to discard any meats not picked up within 30 days.

When you bring us a deer, you agree to a contract with Harvin Choice Meats to process that deer, and that you will it pick up in a timely fashion. We reserve the right to prosecute to the extent of the law, anyone failing to abide by this implied contract.
